I am leaving for vacation. Can I contract you to maintain our lawn while we are away?
Yes, we can maintain your lawn, gardens, sprinkler systems, watering, etc. while you are away. We will be happy to provide you with a quote for our services, or you can opt to have us invoice you on a time-and-materials basis upon your return. Each invoice will identify the date, the service performed and the start and stops times on the property. This is a good option is your insurance company requires written statements/receipts confirming maintenance during your absence.

I would like leave for vacation and turn off the water to avoid any mishaps. Can you still water our gardens?
Yes, we have a watering truck with a self-contained watering system capable of supplying 900 gallons of water at one time.

I would like to have a summer lawn cutting contract, but I don’t think the lawn needs cutting every week. How do you deal with this request?
Our standard seasonal lawn cutting contract includes up to 22 cuts. The contract period, however, covers 25 weeks, meaning that we expect that in months of July and August, we won’t need to cut the lawn each week. We have built-in 3 weeks of non cutting.

Can I have my lawn cut every two weeks rather than every week?
Yes, you can have it cut every two weeks, but the savings are going to be very minimal. It will take nearly twice as long to cut the grass after two weeks than it will after just one due to the amount of re-cutting and cleanup required. As a result, your seasonal contract price will not be half the price.

How many times will pick up the leaves during the fall season?
Typically, we will make three cleanup and three removal visits during the fall season. We normally begin our leaf cleanup the fourth week of October and run for the following three/four weeks. We will attempt to visit each property once each week during this period.

Do you recycle the leaves?
Whether bagged or removed, all leaves are recycled either with the city or through a private company.

Last year I noticed you had a large vacuum that sucked up the leaves. All the leaves were gone when I got home from work. Do you always use this machine?
Yes, to the best of our abilities, this method is used to remove the leaves. Under certain cold and wet conditions, this method if not practical and we use traditional leaf bags.

Every spring the city leaves a pile of grit on our lawn and driveway. What can be done about this?
We are equipped to provide power sweeping services. We have special rubber paddled brooms to remove grit from turf and garden areas and bristled power brooms for larger areas such driveways and parking lots.

I own a commercial site. Do you provide maintenance services for such sites, and what types of services do you provide?
Our four divisions can provide you with comprehensive list of services to maintain your property all year ‘round. In spring, we begin with power sweeping parking lots, catch basins and walkways. Our turf care and maintenance divisions will bring the turf grass back to health and maintain it beautifully. Gardens will be weeded and cultivated, shrubs and hedges pruned. Litter and debris can be picked up and removed off-site, and irrigation systems can be opened, adjusted and optimized for cost-effective use of water. Our construction crews can tackle renovation/repair projects or help develop an unused area to make it more functional and appealing. Our winter division will ensure that ice and snow do not interfere with day-to-day operations. Finally, our accurate record keeping can provide you with timely, detailed job-reports and months-end statements for you or you property management clients.

Absolutely. We can provide exterior solutions for every need, and can manage your landscape independently and efficiently.
