Our History

LLE was started in 1991 by Phil Lindsay. It began as a one-man operation providing lawn cutting to local residents. In fact, many clients still remember the original bike and trailer - a common sight in the neighborhood.

LLE began to expand in 1998, with the introduction of landscape construction into its service line-up. The same year, LLE added a fourth division -- Winter Services.

2006 marked LLE’s fifteenth anniversary. In those fifteen years LLE has continued to grow and expand to provide landscape and property maintenance solutions to residents and businesses all over Ottawa. Throughout its growth, LLE has remained dedicated to providing courteous, timely, personal service to each and every client. Today, LLE is staffed by a committed group of full-time employees, and we will be expanding to a new, larger, more spacious home in the months to come.
